Bookworm Deluxe RIP-OFF by Yahoo Games, Oberon Media, PopCap Games, I-Play and Big Fish Games

I am FURIOUS over Bookworm Deluxe being such a RIP-OFF!!
I am probably sounding like a mad woman because I'm so angry, but I had to vent somehow, NONE of theses companies make it easy to get any answers or help.
I can't find any e-mail addresses for these companies to lodge a complaint against YahooGames, Oberon Media, PopCap Games, I-Play and Big Fish Games, so I'm posting this online in hopes that someone somewhere can tell me how to get my game without having to jump through fiery hoops and wasting DAYS of my valuable time!!
I am so furious I can hardly type. ALL I WANT TO DO IS PLAY BOOKWORM DELUXE. I have PAID for the damned game at least twice, but I keep getting shuffled around. So far I've had to deal with at least FIVE companies, and I still do not have my game even though I've bought it twice.
Unfortunately, I've had about four computers over the years, and when my computers crashed, I lost the game. I have never had a CD for Bookworm Deluxe, and that is the problem. HAD I received a CD, I could simply load it onto the computer again and not have to play stupid mind games with multiple companies who all want to either charge me AGAIN or install other files on my computer, neither of which I want.
I do NOT want to download any damned tool bars or game managers, I just want MY game to play on my PC without any interference from "Game Companies". I don't want any other games. My ONLY "game of choice" IS Bookworm Deluxe, which is WHY I purchased it in the first place!

After one computer crashed, I tried to re-download the game again from Yahoo!, but was somehow referred to Oberon Media. On November 01, 2012, I did receive the following Registration Key from Derrick at Oberon Support via Yahoo: E4CC-AF14-4936-0027-2B74-1CA5-0033-53A9-D616-66C4-C535-159A
However, I do not know how or where I can RE-Download the game and get to a place where I can even ENTER the RegKey without first being asked to purchase it again.

Big Fish Games want me to join their "Game Club". I ONLY want to play Bookworm Deluxe on MY Computer, I don't want to be downloading tool bars or joining "Game Clubs".
I want to have the game that I have paid for twice and just play it and be LEFT ALONE. I'm 68 years old and have health problems, I don't need the aggravation of all the game sites.
I am really VERY unhappy because I originally purchased the game from Yahoo! Games and since then, they have referred me to Oberon Media, PopCap Games, then to I-play, etc.
Not only have I NOT had access to my game, but I HAVE SPENT LITERALLY HOURS and HOURS trying to find a solution to this mess. If I wasn't trying to survive on my poverty-level Social Security income I would have purchased the game again to save myself all the stress of trying to get it back again.
I don't WANT another game, if I can't get Bookworm back I don't want ANY game, but I am extremely unhappy that I EVER bought a game from Yahoo and probably never will again, and I will caution everyone I know about doing so.
I don't want to have to contact customer support through multiple companies (I.E. Yahoo Games, Oberon Media, PopCap Games, I-Play and Big Fish Games!)
WHY can't I just get the game on CD and install it myself with NO interference or superfluous "add-ons" from ANY "Game Companies"??
